Alarm monitoring

Is the operating core of your monitoring center, where the operators process the events in real time and simultaneously. It does receive alarm signals from all communication links. Performs the control of activation and deactivation schedules, control of automatic tests and smart false alarm control.

Video Verification

Designed to integrate video and audio to the alarm events received in the central station simply and intuitively. It can be done by requirement of the operator or following verification and control routines. The images will be stored in the system for later review and audit.

Technical Service

Management of the technical service to the client. Enters service orders and schedule preventive periodic service routines. Assigns technicians, vehicles and materials. Client Web Access

Complete online auditing of your monitoring system by means of statistical graphs. Analyze and audit the performance of your operators. Keep track of signal traffic, alarms in process, active accounts, events on hold by priority, geo-referenced alerts, account evolution in 12 months, among others; in a 100% graphical and easy-to-understand environment.

Logger call recording

Logs conversations during event handling to audit operator performance. Allows intelligent search by date, account, operator and whether the call was incoming or outgoing.

TrackGuard GPS tracking

Allows the tracking and mobile monitoring of GPS devices. View mapping positioning, speeding control and geofences. To issue historical reports. Viewing by groups or fleets and sending remote commands via IP and SMS. The GIS motor uses digitized cartography in Google Maps format

Authorities Report

The events entering the central system will be directed to the authorities or to the secondary monitoring center (sub- stations). The information received at the remote terminals through the SoftGuard Desktop Web system is detailed. Any action performed by the remote operator will be recorded for later auditing.

CRM Sales and Promotion

Comprehensive management of the contacts. It allows you to build marketing campaigns, follow up leads, quotations, price lists, offers, meetings, schedule sales visits, etc. With CRM you will be able to attract and win new customers and retain current ones, reduce marketing and service costs. It also allows mass push notifications to be sent to SmartPanics App users.

MoneyGuard

Automatically generates the issuance of receipts for services rendered to the client, by ranges of subscribers or dealers, by groups or by types of subscriptions, based on table rates and on a periodic basis according to each customer's contract. With this system, the collection follow-up is performed, indicating the status of current accounts, subscriptions, services collected and receivable, delinquency reports, including notification to the monitoring operator.

Access Control and Visitor Managment

Enables the Access control and visitor management, services, meetings, etc, for each functional unit or apartment. The authorized visitor will receive the invitation via WhatsApp and at the time of check-in the Guard will validate the mentioned invitation with the registered one in the SoftGuard system enabling the entrance to the place.

Landing Page

One page web for your SmartPanics service ready to operate in a few hours. With it you will be able to include valuable content for your next users and automate the registration process to the service, with ease to complete the form and accept terms. Fences Administrator

Allows the administration of the electrical fences for the events reception and map visualization of the of the status of each segment: activated, deactivated, in alarm, no power supply, open or closed status of the board). The graphic display shows the perimeter of the fence installed with its respective segments and event indicators with differentiated colors for a quick understanding and identification of the affected sector.

URL Launcher

Enables links in the SoftGuard platform to access applications which are external to the monitoring platform. This functionality prevents the operator from having to leave the system to perform queries or transactions with other sites or systems.

No, the Ultra by SoftGuard service does not have a limit on any of the mentioned cases of terminals or users of operation for access to the system or signal processing.
Yes, the subscription service of Ultra by SoftGuard contemplates the licensing of one (1) prime digital key (for production systems) and one (1) digital backup for backup environment.
By subscribing to the service and while it is valid, the client agrees to: • SoftGuard.TV online training platform with unlimited access to general and exclusive training content in e-learning mode • Workshops: Unlimited access to technical training courses. • Certifications: Unlimited access to SoftGuard operator and administrator certifications.

Once the confirmation of the subscription made through this website has been received, the client will receive contact from our technicians via email, where the date and time will be agreed to coordinate the installation, configuration and remote start-up of the system. Yes, the client hiring Ultra by SoftGuard may choose to unsubscribe at any time, with a minimum permanence of 3 (three) months only for monthly paying subscriptions. Yes, it can. Simply change the key (digital key) of it. When you do this, your previous perpetual license that was operational in it, goes into “hibernation” mode.
Yes, you can access Ultra by SoftGuard whenever you want. At the time of doing so, you could also continue to use your previous perpetual license or place it to a "license hibernation" mode.
Perpetual licenses, as the name implies, are eternal. When they are hibernated, they are out of use without requiring support services or updates. If when hibernating it the customer has already contracted support ahead for certain number of days, that period will remain available for when the license is reactivated.
We have an automated database migration system for some brands of monitoring platforms. If such a migration system exists for the monitoring software brand, it will not have an additional charge for the client.
In all cases, the client must provide data exports from their previous system in .XLS, .CSV or .TXT format, essentially for the master files of accounts, contacts, zones, users. There are in no cases guarantees of a successful result for this process since the data structures of other systems do not comply with any standards. The stored historical signal processing data cannot be migrated.
