Yes, the client hiring Ultra by SoftGuard may choose to unsubscribe at any time, with a minimum permanence of 3 (three) months only for monthly paying subscriptions. We have an automated database migration system for some brands of monitoring platforms. If such a migration system exists for the monitoring software brand, it will have an additional charge for the client.
In all cases, the client must provide data exports from their previous system in .XLS, .CSV or .TXT format, essentially for the master files of accounts, contacts, zones, users. There are in no cases guarantees of a successful result for this process since the data structures of other systems do not comply with any standards. The stored historical signal processing data cannot be migrated.
