Yes, clients who have subscribed to ULTRA by SoftGuard have the option to unsubscribe at any time, with a minimum commitment of 3 (three) months for monthly payment subscriptions. To initiate the cancellation process, they must pre-notify at info@softguard.com before the first business day of the following month and ensure there are no outstanding debts.

Yes, you have the option to access ULTRA by SoftGuard whenever you wish. Upon doing so, you can continue using your previous perpetual license or put it in "license hibernation" mode.
Yes, it is possible to implement ULTRA by SoftGuard on a server with a previously purchased SoftGuard perpetual license. You can achieve this by changing the digital key. When you do so, your previous perpetual license that was operational on the server will enter a "hibernation" mode.
Hibernating a SoftGuard perpetual license means putting it out of use without requiring support services or updates. Perpetual licenses, as the name implies, are eternal, and when hibernated, they remain inactive. If the customer has already contracted support services for a certain number of days when hibernating the license, that period will remain available for when the license is reactivated.
We offer an automated database migration system for specific monitoring platform brands. If your database is eligible for migration, there may be additional charges for the service.
In all cases, you will need to provide data exports from your previous system in .XLS, .CSV, or .TXT format, focusing on the master files of accounts, contacts, zones, and users. It is essential to understand that the success of this process is not guaranteed, as the data structures of other systems may not comply with standard formats. Furthermore, please note that historical signal processing data cannot be migrated.
